Shipping Policy
POYK will package and deliver your product by the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

To the best of our ability, orders received by 1 pm will be dispatched the same day through Australian Post, Standard Delivery.

All orders will be prepared and shipped on weekly working days only.

POYK does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risks in the goods.

All Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Sydney, international and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.

Once our third-party partner has delivered your items, you take full responsibility for your purchase.

If you choose to have your items left on your property without acceptance of delivery, you take full responsibility for your items. There will be no refunds or credit if your item goes missing or damaged.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not happy with your items purchased, you may return any item in its original, unused condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days from delivery.
If your item is honestly faulty or damaged, then your rights under this Returns & Exchanges Policy are in addition to any rights or remedies you have under law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within three business days after we receive your return. Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original payment method used.
Return to Sender – if your order has been returned to us, we will email you to confirm your address details. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be redelivered.
